On average, our named partners have more than 25 years of experience in the practice of law. In addition, our clients have served as a joint venture partner on several condominium projects in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina.

We are therefore very experienced in the acquisition, financing, corporate structuring, and sale of such apartment projects and condo conversions.
